1. What is included with the purchase of a template design?
We include free text and logo customization. Once you select the template and pay for the order, there is a form for you to add your text and instructions on how to upload your logo. The template will then be formatted with your information and the proof will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours. (We do provide and optional printing service for additional costs, with discounted rates).

2. Can I request a custom design?
We are constantly creating new designs and templates. If there is an event that we do not currently have available on our site, please email us and we will see how we can accommodate your request. If you would like to have a design custom created for your event, please email us and one of our designer experts will contact you regarding pricing. We are constantly adding new templates to the site and we welcome ideas and suggestions from our customers.

3. Can I change the photo/photos used in the template design?
We offer free text and logo customization. If you would like to make photo changes, there is an $18.00 charge for each photo that is replaced. Please send us high resolution photos (300 dpi) to ensure the best quality prints.

4. Can I request a custom sized design?
Yes, you can. Please email us the template design you would like, the print size, and the quantity you need. One of our representatives will contact you shortly.

5. What is the turnaround time to receiving my order? 
We can customize the template for you within 24-48 hours and email you a proof. Once you approve the design, we then email you the design print ready. If you do select the print service, your order will be printed and shipped to you complete within 7-10 business days.

6. What quality prints do you offer?
Our prints are printed full color. For post cards they are printed on thick stock paper and you can choose from a glossy U/V coating or a satin matte coating. The U/V coating offers a beautiful, glossy look that enriches the full color printing by producing vivid colors and protecting the ink from fading and moisture. The satin matte finish is smooth and offers a professional, elegant look to the card. Our flyers, posters, and brochures are printed on nice and heavy 100lb gloss paper with Aqueous Coating.
