We are sure you will be satisfied with out template designs and we always email you a proof before printing your designs to give you a chance to review everything and make sure it is to your liking. If you received any items with errors on out part, we will gladly reprint your items. Please email us with your order number and the error. A customer care representative will get back to you shortly.

Exchanges
We can not offer exchanges on items already customized and printed. We offer sample pictures and email proofs on all of our template designs to give you a chance to review everything before the final designs are printed.
